That’s why back in 2007 we started to out-source service support for our Hampshire fleet. It proves so successful that we decided to out-source all of our maintenance from 2010 onwards.

Since that time our customers have experienced; quicker response times, improved uptime and lower costs.

This included:

–       99.5% uptime during January to June 2011

–       All breakdown calls responded to in under 4 hours

–       Over 90% machines up and running after the engineers first visit

We now have over 350 skilled engineers across the UK Doosan network to call upon if required.
